Artist’s Choice

For January's Artist Choice drawathon, the youth artists drew to their heart's content. Drawings covered a range of things from football touchdowns, retro engines, and people enjoying the warmth of the sun. Amazing job, youth artists!

Spring is just about here, and bears will awaken from their slumber. For February’s topic, Bears Awakening, imagine you are a bear. What will you do as you walk out of your cave? Bound for the creek, eat foods you missed while asleep, meet new bear friends, clean your den…or continue your nap? Be creative and make yourself a colorful bear. Are you a brown, purple or green bear? How about a striped bear? Wherever you find yourself, remember to have a great time!

During March, one of the holidays celebrated is St. Patrick's Day, when good luck is all around. For March's topic, Lucky Charms, think about the things, places and people that bring you luck. Whatever you draw, make sure to have a fun time!

Reminder: Be sure to include a name, address and age on your entry.
